Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand (POD) process, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns or provide replacements/refunds if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was received.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at editzalbum206@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable.
Failure to report the issue within 5 days of delivery may result in your claim being denied.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Orders placed by mistake.
- Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the printing process.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we review your claim and determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions before any item is sent back.
